CHFA Building the Future Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a Colorado Resident with at least a 3.0 highschool GPA (for incoming first year students) or at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA. In order to be eligible, applicants must be a First Generation student majoring in Public Health, who has demonstrated financial need and who self-identifies as part of one or more groups that are underrepresented and underserved in higher education on account of race, ethnicity, indigeneity, language, sexuality, gender, ability, religion, immigration status, and/or others dimensions not listed here. The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority is creating this scholarship to award $2,500 scholarships to four Fort Lewis College students (a total of $10,000) each academic year.
