Awarded to students who are CO residents with a 3.0 GPA; Preference to students from SW CO counties: La Plata, Montezuma, Archuleta, Montrose, San Miguel, Delta, Ouray, Gunnison, Saguache, Rio Grande, Alamosa, Dolores, San Juan, and Mesa counties. Award amount up to $5,000.
