Animas Surgical Hospital Scholarship

This scholarship will be used to provide scholarships to financially support students who meet the below criteria:
a) A student graduated from a high school in La Plata County or, if no eligible La Plata County student, from a high school in Southwest Colorado (Montezuma, Archuleta, Dolores or San Juan, CO counties);
b) in good academic standing and progressing toward graduation;
c) entering college with intent to enroll in the Nursing Program upon acceptance;
d) and intended to be renewable , assuming the student continues to meet all criteria, while a declared nursing major and enrolled at FLC (Does not extend to Anschutz enrollment).
